Humanitarian Organization Divac (HOD), the Serbian Commissariat for Refugees and the UN High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) have signed a Memorandum of understanding which will enable the purchase of at least 10 village houses for refugees still living in refugee camps throughout Serbia. This event also officially marks the collaboration which has been operating successfully for months.

The New Year's postal stamp for the "You Can Too" initiative raised 8.650,300 CSD. Printing and distribution expenses of one million stamp copies will be deducted, while the remaining amount will be invested in the purchase and reconstruction at least 10 village houses.

A six member Committee comprised of two representatives of each signatory, will adopt detailed conditions and criteria for the implementation of this project.
